Return & Replacement Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened, sellable Lotería Luna games that are still sealed in their original shrink wrap. The wafer seal must not be broken. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Orders beyond this timeframe are not eligible for return.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.

To begin a return, email us at contact@anvlgames.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm if your item qualifies. After the game is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method for the eligible amount.

Replacement Policy

We provide replacements for new games with missing or defective components within 3 months of purchase. Please keep in mind:

• Minor cosmetic imperfections common in manufacturing (such as small box scuffs or insert blemishes) are not eligible for replacement.
• Replacements are not available for out-of-print or discontinued items.

Shipping:

• Free replacement shipping is available for addresses within the continental U.S.
• Customers outside the continental U.S. should contact us to review available options.

Requirements:

• Proof of purchase (receipt showing the purchase date).
• A photo of the game and the issue.
