Q: How do pre-orders work at Lotería Luna?
A: When a pre-order deck reaches 50 orders, we send it into production. This helps us keep costs low and bring new themes to life responsibly.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Once the 50-order threshold is met, production takes about 2 weeks (8–10 business days).

Q: When will my game ship?
A: After production is complete, your deck ships according to our regular Shipping & Handling guidelines. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Q: Will I get updates on my pre-order?
A: Absolutely! Using the email address you provide at checkout, we’ll keep you updated at every milestone. You’ll receive a message when your deck hits 20, 40, and again once it reaches 50 orders (and production begins), and finally when your game ships.

Q: Can I order pre-order decks along with in-stock decks?
A: Yes! In-stock items ship according to our normal schedule, while pre-order items ship once they’re produced. If you’d like them shipped together, we recommend ordering them in the same cart.
